conduct self-dealing transaction, using plan assets for your own or company's benefit allow party-in-intrest transactions between the plan and any person connected to the plan, including plan administrator, trustee, officer, custidian,counsel, employer, employee and/or relatives.

make a payment that may be considered duplicative, excessive or unnecessary

having to restore/reimburse lossing incurred by the plan and put bak any money that the plan might otherwise have made under normal circumstances.

monetary penalties for failure to properly disclose information to plan participants
